Oh, no … all we have is Folgers.

MONDAY, FEB. 6 2017: Proctor Tacoma Snow Day

Blue Mouse Theatre + Peaks and Pints = universe release and national release

RISE AND SHINE ASTRONAUTS

Don’t you hate it when you wake up early? So do Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence, who are roused from suspended animation 90 years too soon and have to find a way to occupy themselves on the space vessel they’re traveling in. Job One turns out to be protecting their still-sleeping fellow astronauts from an unexpected threat to the ship. Those late risers, they manage to avoid all the hard work; I just hope they aren’t expecting anyone to save them a space bagel. Catch Passengers at 7 p.m. in the Blue Mouse Theatre.

PREFUNK: Peaks and Pints will host the first release party in the nation for Uinta Brewing Co.’s Rotating Park Series Golden Ale No. 1: Yosemite during our SudsPop night at 6 p.m. Throughout 2017, the Salt Lake City, Utah brewery will salute the national parks with rotating Golden Ales, each release with a different park illustration gracing the 12-ounce can. Uinta chose a medium body, crisp, bready, malt-forward ale with outdoor recreation in mind. Besides being the first to enjoy Uinta’s Golden Ale tonight, SudsPop patrons will have a change to score a Discover Pass granting free admission to Washington state parks, T-shirts, glassware and entry for the grand prize drawing — two Discover Passes and a Uinta Yeti cooler — on the final Uinta SudsPop night, Feb. 27. A three-hour “National Park” soundtrack and outdoor recreation on our 130-inch screen round out the nights, naturally. Uinta Brewing will be Peaks and Pints’ SudsPop guest through February 2017, with Park Series Golden Ale plus different Uinta craft beers on tap, activities, music and giveaways at 6 p.m. every Monday.
