It's coffee delivery day and Speckled Ax just dropped off 450 lbs of unwashed natural Ethiopian coffee for us to use in James Bean. The entire brewery smells ridiculously good right now. Wish you could smell it!

We may have gone a bit overboard pairing @rarbrew’s Strawberry 10 Layers with this six-layer cake. The beer already has plenty of decadent sweetness, plus its own layers of marshmallow, dark chocolate, burnt toast and strawberry hard candies with soft filling. Lesson learned.

From Bell's Brewery this is Hopslam! A 10% and 70 IBU Double IPA brewed with honey and Pacific Northwest hops.
