The pandemic, as well as maybe too fancy high pricing, sent restaurant owners Deming Maclise, James Weimann, and Chef Jason Stoneburner looking for a brewery partnership. Stoup said yes. Stoup Brewing Kenmore opens today with the same delicious beer brewed by Brad Benson, Lara Zahaba, and Robyn Shumacher, but also with Stoneburner’s cuisine. Stoup Brewing Kenmores opens today at 2 p.m. at 6704 NE 181st St. in Kenmore.
