Collaboration double IPA with Brothers Cascadia Brewing in Vancouver, Washington, E9 Brewing hopped Resolution Delusion with Cryo Pop for sweet aromatics of orange citrus and complementary tropical notes from hot side Galaxy additions and a massive Citra dry hop.
Structures Undying Gardens
8.2% ABV
A massive juicy double IPA brewed for Structures Brewing’s eighth anniversary with Great Notion. It’s double dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and experimental hop HBC 630 for a medium soft bodied tropical juice box with a balanced finish.
Block 15 Hoppy New Year
8.8% ABV
Kiss 2023 goodbye and welcome in 2024 with Block 15 Brewing‘s Hoppy New Year’s bang of Northwest grown hops, a crisp body orchestrated by a dance of specialty malts, and a bubbly finish.
Avery The Maharaja
10% ABV
Avery Brewing’s The Maharaja is derived from the sanskrit words mahat, meaning “great,” and rajan, meaning “king.” Much like its namesake, this imperial IPA is regal, intense, and mighty. With hops and malts as his servants, he rules both with a heavy hand. The Maharaja flaunts his authority over a deranged number of hops (Columbus, Centennial, Chinook, Simcoe, and Amarillo): tangy, vibrant, and pungent along with an insane amount of malted barley — fashioning a dark amber hue and exquisite malt essence.
The Veil Uncle Cousin
11% ABV
This single hop hazy triple IPA is basically the grain bill and hopping schedule as The Veil Brewing’s We Ded Mon triple hazy IPA but replaced Citra with Mosaic hops for a boozy first sip followed by all the juiciness and mild, sweet earthy dankness.
