WeldWerks Peach Pie Berliner

5.1% ABV

WeldWerks made this pastry sour by adding milk sugar to their kettle-soured Berliner base, then fermenting it with more than 500 pounds of peach puree. After fermentation, they age the finished beer with graham cracker and vanilla to give it their signature pie character. Last, they add a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg to top off the pie flavor.

Crooked Stave Mama Bear’s Sour Cherry Pie

7% ABV, bottle

Crooked Stave‘s Mama Bear’s Sour Cherry Pie is a burgundy sour ale aged in oak barrels with more than 3,000 pounds of Colorado Montmorency cherries is the result of blending carefully chosen batches of Origins with a heavy-handed addition of cherries sourced from orchards on the Colorado western slope. Expect all the jammy sour cherry notes, plus caramel, earthy notes, tart, cinnamon, and berries. The finish is sour and sweet with cherry, cinnamon, tart, berries, and earthy notes.

Great Notion Luminous Pi

7.5% ABV

Luminous Pi is Great Notion Brewing’s sour key lime smoothie style beer with banana, key lime puree, cinnamon, graham cracker, vanilla, and coconut cream.

Equilibrium Middletown Mud Pie

11% ABV

After a long boil, Equilibrium Brewery conditioned their imperial stout on pecans, cacao nibs, Madagascar vanilla, and a hint of sea salt. Middletown Mud Pie pours like liquid fudge and features a beautiful mocha cap. The chocolate brownie batter nose pairs with flavors of melted milk chocolate fountains, nutty butter pecan, caramel swirl, and frosted black forest cake loaded with homemade frosting.
