Cellarmaker beer at Peaks & Pints in Tacoma’s Proctor District …

Tim Sciascia, Connor Casey, and Kelly Caveney founded Cellarmaker Brewing Company in San Francisco’s SoMa district in 2013. After meeting at Marin Brewing Company, they acquired a former auto shop, completely gutted it, and turned it into their brewery and tasting room. In November 2022, Cellarmaker acquired The Rare Barrel and its facility in Berkeley, California. Last year, Cellarmaker was part of the Fort George 3-Way IPA. COSMIC NOON: Their newest clear and crisp IPA  brewed with Strata, Nectaron, HBC 586, and Centennial for layers of deep grapefruit, sativa, and dark berry flavors supported by a bright stone fruit aroma, 7%, 16oz

GOOD SEEING YOU AGAIN: Collaboration with Green Cheek Beer Company, this double IPA is brewed with a large dose of Citra Incognito, a heavy infusion of Simcoe, Strata, HBC 630, Nectaron, and a dusting of Talus and New Zealand Cascade for wafts of tangerine oil and ripe guava, pinewood forest and fresh sliced limes, followed by a light maltiness and deep piney bitterness, 8.3%, 16oz

PACIFIC DOPENESS: Super dry and crisp IPA brewed Strata, Talus, Simcoe, and Motueka for a tropical fruit and freshly cured ganja nose and flavor, 6.9%, 16oz

TERPENE STATION: Hopped with Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic, Centennial, and Nelson, this double IPA has a weed nose and dank flavor, 8.7%, 16oz

TUROK: MOSAIC HUNTER: IPA brewed with 2021 Mosaic and 2021 Mosaic Cryo for dank, citrus and berry notes, 7%, 16oz

WICKED JUICY: Hazy IPA brewed with Simcoe, Citra, and Galaxy hops, along with a simple grist of pale malt and oats, plus fermented warm with English ale yeast, for lots of grapefruit, passionfruit and citrus, 7%, 16oz
