Peaks and Pints Puniest Beer & Cider Festival
How did you celebrate your 8th birthday? Did you maybe get a fun ice cream cake from Baskin-Robbins? Some party balloons from the B&I? Invite your friends over for a sleepover in the backyard, or meet up with them at Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlour? Maybe you were lucky you received a mountain of birthday presents and a bouncy castle. Well, that’s not how Peaks & Pints celebrates eight years slinging craft beer and cider in Tacoma’s Proctor District. No, we’re channeling the party into a mini beer and cider festival, Peaks and Pints Puniest Beer & Cider Festival, complete with the debut of our 2024-25 house cider and beer — Incline Cider Basecamp Proctor Dry Cider and Loowit Brewing Silent Trees IPA. No admission fee. No tokens. No pretzel necklaces. Just carefully curated taps. Oh, but there will be cake. DJ dAb will spin vibes. Incline Cider and Loowit Brewing will be in the house, too.
“Serving Pierce County’s beer-, cider-, and sandwich-loving communities for eight years has been an amazing experience,” said Ron Swarner, co-owner, who owns the craft beer and cider bar, bottle shop and restaurant with Robby and Justin Peterson. “We have met so many phenomenal people and had the pleasure to serve and consume some of the best beers and ciders on the planet. We’re also thrilled opportunities to tap into Peaks & Pints to support causes that are important to us and our customers. Sincere thanks for the eight years of support. Cheers!”
