(make sure you swipe – the last was probably the best) We are late to the basketball challenge but, to us, that’s what makes these extra funny. . 1. (me) “the assist” 2. @petey_scotch as Kevin said “the accidental vasectomy” 3. @hopzira “the thank goodness this guy is 6’5” catch” 4. @brewstin19 “the apparently midwesterners really do know how to drink better than anyone else” 5. @btwn_2_pines “Bush league” . Did you do the #basketballchallenge? … how did yours end up? . We were primarily inspired by @hannahreneebarnett and if you hear “we should watch that girls video one more time” we were talking about you ?. . I’m all for dumb, silly, fun internet challenges, what should we do next? . #craftbeercommunity #craftbeerculture #craftbeernerd #girlswithbeer #craftbeergirl #craftbeerblog #craftbeerblogger #beerselfie #brewlove #goodbrews #beerpic #girlswhodrinkbeer #montereybay #montereycalifornia #beermom #earnyourbeer #beerchug #challengeaccepted #craftbeerfriends #beerfriends #beerfriendsarethebestfriends

Since our indoor space is so small, we decided to put up wall tents to create a safe dining experience this winter! Here are some things to note: – We allow just one party per tent, up to ten people, and we are providing table service to the tents. There’s adjustable heating in each tent. – All our staff members wear masks, and we sanitize tables and tent touch points between each customer. We also air out each tent between customers for a minimum of 10 minutes. – Reservations aren’t required, and they are an option during dinner hours only (link in bio for reservations) – We’ll be featuring art from a different local artist in each tent in the coming weeks. New Hours: Tu: Closed M, W, Th: 3 PM – 9 PM F, Sa, Su: 11 AM – 9 PM

Happy Anniversary @peaksandpints! ❤? . . #ParkwayTavern #ParkwayLove #Repost @peaksandpints (@get_repost) ・・・ PEAKS AND PINTS PALS ELBOW BUMP: Today is Peaksandpints’ fourth anniversary. We’re thrilled to “officially” release our new house beer, @everybodysbrewing Pop-Up Park IPA, at 6 p.m. kicking off a night of socially-distance hugs. . You might have notice we have been giving appreciation shout-outs all week, except yesterday. Suddenly, we were being Sean Jackson, a situation similar to the Spike Jonze film but instead of landing in John Malkovich’s body, we lived through @parkway_tavern Manager Sean Jackson for most of the day. . The route to being Mr. Jackson was surprisingly bizarre. After climbing up the fireman pole inside Engine House No. 9 we entered a portal that led into the head of Jackson. We spent the day as Jackson, doing chores around the Jackson house, tweaking the Parkway’s tap system for its Nov. 30 opening, attending a Zoom conference for pirates, and polishing the coveted Randall. Taking advantage of the situation, we manipulated Jackson into promising to erect the Randall inside Peaks & Pints tonight and load it with Amarillo, Cascade and Centennial hops. The day ended with us careening out of Jackson’s head and dumped hard on Tollefson Plaza in downtown Tacoma. Weird, certainly, but fortunate as tonight we’ll run our new IPA through the Randall, matching two-thirds of the hop recipe. . Reserve your table on the Open Table app, or swing by for Campfire Crowler fills. . Thank you Sean for all the wise advice, friendship, and the Randall! . #seanjackson #parkwaytavern #wabeer #craftbeer #craftbeerlife #beernerd #beerstagram #peaksandpints #bottleshop #tacoma #tacomawa #everybodysbrewing #popupparkipa

One more thing… Tree House Western Massachusetts. Short: Tree House in Western Massachusetts with an expansive taproom + On The Fly because 2021 is going to be awesome. Long: Since our inception, we have been unable to host regular parties, festivals, & celebrations due to the disruption it caused on our regular customer base & the lack of an appropriate facility to do so. Imagine an anniversary party with an appreciable number of tickets, regular cycling races, running races, car & bike nights, public & private events, & concerts at one facility while cans to go & a peaceful taproom environment, should one prefer it, continue undisturbed at another. That is the dream, & that is why we are branching out to a new space. As a team full of outdoor enthusiasts, this spot in Deerfield is ideally situated near activities like rafting or fly fishing on the Deerfield River, hiking at Mount Toby & Mount Sugarloaf State Reservation, cycling the flats of Route 5 & the hills of the Mohawk Trail, mountain biking at Thunder Mountain bike park, skiing at Berkshire East, & so much more! It’s situated at a pleasant jump-off point for engaging cultural attractions like the Bridge Of Flowers, the Five Colleges, Historic Deerfield, downtown Amherst, & Northampton, & a bit further out, Mass MoCA, Mount Greylock, & the varying charm & intrigue of the Hilltowns. Our roots are deep in the fabric of Massachusetts, & more broadly, New Engl&, & calling this gorgeous sliver of the Pioneer Valley home fills us with pride & purpose to do even better on your behalf. You have trusted our word that we will never stop improving & working relentlessly to make a world-class experience available to everyone who is interested in visiting. With Tree House Western Massachusetts, the average experience of visiting any of our locations will be greatly improved. By late winter of 2021, this will be open as an On The Fly Location. Pending the state of the pandemic, it will mirror Charlton as a full-service operation by summer. Thank you for your continued patronage and support – Tree House.

Blizzard might not be young but that doesn’t stop him being one of the most powerful, awe-inspiring animals at the Zoo. Ten feet high when he stands. The ability to run at 25 mph. Massive jaws. But our polar bear has a playful side, too: swimming in the pool, eyeballing visitors through the window and exploring the balls and enrichments our keepers give him. Blizzard came to the zoo as a cub after he separated from his mother on the Arctic tundra, and had no chance of survival in the wild. At age 24, Blizzard is thriving at the Zoo. Meet the impressive bear at the Arctic tundra habitat and learn how you can help save polar bears in the wild at pdza.org/polar-bear. #PolarBearWeek #SaveOurSeaIce #PolarBear #PointDefianceZoo #animalsofinstagram #zoo #aquarium #endangeredspecies #savingspecies

This has been a particularly charged, emotionally taxing time in our history. Normally, we’d look to post an inspiring quote from some famous talking head here, but frankly, none captures the gravity of this all. How could they? Nevertheless, as you hunker down for the night or make a mad dash for the polls, know that no matter who wins tonight/in the days to come, we all must move forward. To do our best to love our neighbors. To give people the benefit of the doubt. And to realize that the lens each of us sees the world is unique. How do you move forward? Compassion is one of the most powerful emotions. Compassion has an uncanny knack for spurring action; not just to sympathize or empathize with someone’s pain, but to move to alleviate that pain. Can you imagine what we could accomplish with more compassion? “Kindness is stronger than fear.” — Cicero

It’s Election Day. We will be live streaming the evening starting at 4:30pm! “As people who care about the future of our country and the health of our democracy, many of us may be feeling stressed, exhausted, or nervous. But we also know that being together with people we love brings courage, confidence, and strength.” — @citizenuniversity Gathering Guide We believe we all need our community’s support a little extra tonight so we are choosing to live stream the Election in our brewery. Seating in front of the projector is first come first serve! Please, book a table online and remember to respect one another. Remember we are still in a pandemic! Table limits are only up to 6 people. Please, do not mingle with other tables especially without masks. If you are unsure about being out, we encourage picking up to go cans and bringing them home to your own watch “parties”!
