Today we’re releasing STRATA FRESH HOP IPA and AUTUMNAL RUSTIC SAISON! Strata Fresh Hop was brewed with Two Row and Pilsner malt, with additions of malted spelt and oats in the mash. It was hopped with fresh Strata from our friends at Roy Farms in Moxee, WA. This beer is dangerously drinkable with aromas and flavors reminiscent of ripe tropical fruit and freshly clipped cannabis. $20/16oz 4-pack, limit 4 x 4-packs per order please Autumnal Rustic was brewed with German Pilsner and Munich malts, along with malted and flaked rye and Washington grown Triticale. It was hopped with a blend of Saaz, Crystal, Citra, and Loral and fermented cool with one of our favorite Saison strains. This beer has underlying spicy and floral characters from the hops, malt, and yeast, which integrate together to form a uniquely balanced and refreshing Saison. $16/16oz 4-pack, no limits Both beers are available NOW in our online store for drive-thru pickup. We also have FRESH HOP T-SHIRTS available for pickup and shipping in the US. With a hint of fall in the air, we dust off our steins for this year’s Oktoberfest season! While we are bummed we can’t all jump on a table, break out in song and raise a glass together this year, we still wanted to celebrate the spirit of Oktoberfest with the Sunnyland neighborhood. Join us this weekend for a celebration of Sunnyland, festbier and subdued excitement. Sunnyland Fest will begin on Thursday September 17th at 4pm, with each brewery tapping a keg of their version of an Oktoberfest beer. Throughout the course of the weekend folks are encouraged to responsibly visit each brewery for a pint or take an Oktoberfest beer home to try. There will be punch cards available at each brewery, mark ‘em off throughout the weekend and turn the punch card in at your last stop to be entered into a swag raffle giveaway from each brewery! Kulshan’s Oktoberfest beer will be available in bottles and on draft at both the Sunnyland and Roosevelt Beer gardens starting tomorrow September 17th! This was a rare moment for me. I snapped a few photos and then decided to put my camera away during the best light of sunrise and simply be present. It hadn’t been my intention, it just kind of happened. I thought I was alone, since Nate had wandered away up the ridge. Turns out he was hiding in the bushes ??‍♀️ Thanks for this one, @nathanielwise Forever one of my favorite memories in the Washington backcountry.
