Peaks and Pints hosts Double Mountain Timbeer!
A collaboration born of mutual admiration between Double Mountain Brewery and Timber! Outdoor Music Festival, the Hood River, Oregon brewery brewed Timbeer!, an “All Day Pale” for the Carnation, Washington music festival July 11-13. Peaks and Pints will host a Timber! prefunk with Double Mountain Brewery pouring Timbeer! from our Western red cedar tap log and loading the jukebox with the scheduled performers’ music. Peaks and Pints hosts Double Mountain Timbeer! release party at 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 3.
Back for its seventh year, Timber! offers a full weekend of crowd-friendly folk, rock, and pop performances, and all-ages activities such as camping, kayaking, and stargazing. Ticket holders will sip Double Mountain Timbeer! while listening to San Francisco punks Oh Sees, grunge legend Mark Lanegan, and local stars such as Chong the Nomad, Hibou, Haley Heynderickx and many other performers. Dip your nose into the tropical and pine goodness while listening to Portland’s punk blues duo Hillstomp on the stage. Sip the piney pale with the long bitter finish as you dance to Seattle’s all-female Filthy Femcorps band.
Peaks and Pints feels fortunate to have scored a keg and several cases of this easy-drinking pale for our Double Mountain Timbeer! release party. Double Mountain brewers will be in the house with swag and two tickets to Timber! Of course our Double Mountain Cool Camp IPA will be on tap, as well as a few other new beers from the Hood River brewery.
