Legend has it that if you visit the idyllic MCCloud Falls (20 minutes from LOGE Mt. Shasta) and the conditions are juuuust right, you might see LOGE ambassador @steven_goodell tossing gainers off the cliffside into the kool-aid blue pond below. That’s what the legend says, at least. You can also go to McCloud Falls and just lounge by the water and take in the sun. The very first beer we made back in 2018, Our First Take Time, is now on draught in our tasting room! After extended aging in oak and then in the keg, it’s tasting great. Sometimes delicious things are worth the wait. We are also excited to be pouring two new guest beers! @otherlandsbeer opened in Bellingham last month and we couldn’t be happier to showcase their Haladuda Specjal Polish-Style Pilsner. Well-crafted and highly refreshing, especially in a week of summer heat! We’ve had a keg of Brettalicious Wild Yeast Saison made by our longtime friends at @oersoepbrouwerij (Netherlands) since we opened and are glad to finally share it with you. It’s likely we are currently the only place pouring this beer in the country, so stop by for a glass soon!

Spruce Fest 2020 found us in Chinook Pass just an hour from our office, picking spruce tips and brewing a river brew with local brewers. The fresh spruce tips give off an amazing piney, woody aroma and flavor in the beer, and the fast-flowing Little Naches River water brought super fresh water to our brew kettle. Who else has brewed with spruce or pine?
