CO-HOP FRESH HOP, Trap Door Brewing: Fresh hop West Coast IPA brewed with 750 pounds of fresh Strata hops from Coleman Agriculture and Indie Hops, plus more Strata and some Mosaic on the dry hop for oily fresh hops, pineapple, and citrus flavors, 6.5%, 16oz

CONSEJO, Fort George Brewery: Crisp and floral Mexican-style lager brewed with fresh Willamette hops donated by Goschie Farms, in collaboration with Xicha Brewing and Consejo Hispano celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month, Sept. 15-Oct. 15, 5.5%, 16oz

HELIO SEQUENCE FRESH HOP HAZY, Sig Brewing: After picking up at Roy Hop Farms, Sig loaded 20 pounds per barrel of fresh Strata in their hop back on brew day and 6 days later they dry hopped with 10 pounds per barrel of fresh picked Citra, and then fermented with a new thiol boosting yeast from Omega yeast labs, Helio Gazer, and named for one of our favorite bands, Helio Sequence, 6.5%, 16oz

NORTHERN DANGER, Single Hill Brewing: Collaboration with Land & Sea Brewing and Jacknife Brewing, this fresh hop IPA is brewed with fresh Roy Farms Centennial and C&C Hop Farms Simcoe, then dry hopped with fresh C&C Centennial, Loftus Ranches Simcoe, and Van Horn Farms Cascade, 6.6%, 16oz

PARABOLITA, Firestone Walker Brewing: Re-imagining of the iconic Parabola barrel-aged imperial stout, Firestone Walker aged a selection of Parabola for one year in premium bourbon barrels, then blended it with a complement of Velvet Merlin milk stout to create a silky mouthfeel, and then infused with whole Madagascar vanilla beans, cocoa nibs, and sea salt to achieve a full salted caramel-style drinking experience, 9.2%, 16oz

PUMPKIN PATCH ALE, Rogue Ales: Rogue hand-chops pumpkins, seeds them, roasts the pumpkin meat in pizza ovens, and then pitches them into the brew kettle along with vanilla bean, ginger, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, orange peel and hops to create flavors of caramel, burnt brown sugar, dry floral spices, cinnamon stick, and some tang.
