Happy Saturday! Peaks and Pints New Beers in Stock 2.20.21 showcases a few of the fantastic cans thanks arrived to our cooler this week, including new brews from Deschutes Brewery, Logsdon Farmhouse Ales, Ravenna Brewing, Single Hill Brewing and a whole slew of one-offs from Kulshan Brewing.
Backwoods Brewing No Nuts No Glory!: Grains of wrath collaborated on this mixed nut stout with house-roasted nuts, 6.7%
Deschutes Brewery Squeezy Rider: West Coast IPA with a big tropical fruit punch aroma, light dank, and melon paired with clean, light malt character, 7%
Holy Mountain Brewing Astral Projection: Brewed with Pilsner malt, 2-row, malted oats, flaked oats, and flaked barley, this batch was hopped with ridiculous amounts of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe in the kettle, and dry-hopped with even more (ridiculously insane amounts of) Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Galaxy, 8.5%
Kulshan Brewing Early To Bed, Early To Shred: Hopped with Citra, Amarillo, and Azacca, this “Hello, Goodbye” hazy IPA series beer has notes of grapefruit, orchard fruits, and accents of pine and tropical fruits, 7%
Kulshan Mossy Rock: A traditional take on the dry Irish stout style, boasting a smooth malt body, coffee-like roasted malt notes and a clean dry finish that is a bit surprising given its black color, 5%
Kulshan Shuck On The Beach: A helles bock brewed with Taylor Shellfish with pink peppercorns, coriander and Himalayan sea salt, 7%
Level Beer Mostly Karate Chops: Big, juicy, hoppy double IPA with notes of strawberry, orange marmalade, pine, and citrus, 8%
Logsdon Farmhouse Ales Arcane Methods: Blended sour ale brewed with peaches, plums, and apricots, then aged in French oak barrels, 7.5%
Ravenna Brewing Power Animals: Ravenna staffmembers Alex, Audra, and Tommy’s power animals combine their forces for a ferocious and adorable hazy IPA with Nelson Sauvin and Motueka, flavors of zested lime and tropical fruit throughout, 7.5%.
Single Hill Brewing Public Knowledge IPA: Brewed with Public House of Yakima for their second anniversary, as well as for the 2021 Washington Hop Mob, this double IPA has flavors of ripe pineapple, and mango, plus a classic bitterness punch, 8.8%
Stoup Brewing Indoor Tropics: Tropical IPA with Citrus, pineapple and passionfruit aromas from Citra, Riwaka, and Vic Secret hops, 6.3%
Varietal Beer Rise From Your Grave: Coffee porter with chocolate, roasted barley malt, and Basalt Roasters Guatemalan single-farm beans cold steeped for 24 hours in the finished beer, 6.5%
Wander Brewing Envoy: A blend of two imperial stouts flavored with cacao nibs, cherries and Madagascar vanilla beans, 9.6%
