E9 Brewing
DIE UNTIL DEATH: E9 Brewing hosted Holy Mountain and Freigeist Bierkultur from Stolberg, Germany to brew this Belgian malts and wheat based, barrel-aged spice saison. It was fermented in stainless steel tanks, then transferred to oak barrels with brettanomyces for aging. Afterward, barrels were blended, the saison was spiced lightly with chamomile and coriander, and then bottle conditioned with dextrose. 6.3%
Fort George Brewery
MINING COLONY: A collaboration with Sig Brewing, this grisette incorporates some lemongrass and lemon peel to lend a bright citrus character, and then conditioned with brettanomyces to dry it out and create some funky complexity. 5.5%
