OKTOBER FEST- MARZEN: Bavarians have been celebrating the harvest with beer festivals since before the 1400s. Märzen is brewed in March to be ready for the Oktoberfest beer festival in late summer/early fall. Ayinger Oktober Fest-Märzen is the top rated Oktober Fest bier. 5.8%
Dirty Couch Brewing
INFLECTION: Dirty Couch Brewing head brewer Sean Lindorfer wanted to brew a beer that brought in elements of a good whiskey sour without going completely overboard, and he freakin’ nailed it. This sour ale aged two years with cherries in Woodinville Whisky bourbon barrels has a solid bourbon nose, balanced cherry and bourbon on the palate, strong, complex, boozy and delicious. 12
Mirage Beer
225K HOURS: Hazy IPA brewed with Citra in the boil and whirlpool. It was later double dry hopped with Citra cryo, Idaho 7 cryo, and tons more Citra. 6.2%
TWO 15s: Hazy double IPA brewed with Ekuanot cryo hops in the boil and whirlpool. It was later double dry hopped with more Ekuanot cryo and tons of El Dorado. 8.4%
