Peaks and Pints new beers in stock April 20 2019
Peaks and Pints is open both holidays this weekend: 420 and Easter. Below are a few new arrivals that can be enjoyed on both holidays. Cheers!
MATCHLESS BREWING
Be The Beer IPA — Inspired by Caddyshack, Be The Beer tees off with classic C-hops: Chinook, Centennial and Cascade. It’s got Maris Otter and flaked barley for malt depth, but was brewed to be bitter and dry with American ale yeast. Expect notes of orange marmalade and pine tree resin going for it, which is nice. Stop thinking. Let things happen. And be the beer. 6.9%
Juice Cleanse Hazy IPA — This beer starts off with aromas of eucalyptus and pineapple followed by melon and strawberry with light cracker notes. It finishes soft and pillowy with just a touch of bitterness. 6%
REVISION BREWING
Leafy Greens Dab-alicious IPA — “Dig the dank. Savor the stank. Leafy Greens presents an increase by orders of magnitude in dankness. The aroma of certain hops, particularly CTZ, has long been described as similar to marijuana. Scientific examination has indeed proven that Humulus Lupulus and Cannabis Sativa are relatives, both members of the Cannabinaceae family. Ponder these branches of the family tree while enjoying this mellow IPA with friends, music, solid visuals and readily available munchies.” So reads Leafy Greens’ description on Revision Brewing’s website. Cool. 7.25%
STONE BREWING
Revengeful Spirit Imperial IPA — This is Stone’s tropical Vengeful Spirit IPA packed with extra hops alongside real citrus and tropical fruit. 8.1%
THREE MAGNETS BREWING
Chef’s Choice No. 3 — The Olympia brewery’s chef, Frank Magaña, created this black ale with shiitake mushrooms, black pepper and Belgian yeast. 5.1%
The Cocoa — Chocolate Belgian quad with a bourbon and vanilla nose thanks to Kilm Coffee malt from Malteries Franco-Belges. 12.3%
TOP RUNG BREWING
HDR IPA #10 — This batch uses Motueka Hops and Citra for a dank citrusy aroma. 6.7%
