PEAKS AND PINTS DRAFT HIGHLIGHTS TODAY
AMERICAN PALE ALE, Stoup Brewing: This American Pale Ale is golden in color, has a moderate in body and bittered for balance. Cascade and Citra Hops in the dry-hopping process give it notes of citrus and a touch of pine. It is smooth and delicious. 5.6%
PLAID HABIT IMPERIAL BROWN, Boulevard Brewing: Born a double-mashed imperial brown ale, then matured for 18 months in freshly emptied 10-year Canadian rye whisky barrels, Boulevard Brewing’s sturdy ale strikes the nose with toffee, toast, pecan and nearly shuttering alcohol spice. Lush sweetness splashes against the tongue with the full brunt of caramel, toffee, simple syrup and honey for a full on malt display. 13.9%

The hotel will open in April 24, 2019, with reservations opening at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5.

The popular local craft brewery has outgrown their current space and says construction is already underway in the new facility, located in downtown’s Peninsula Shopping Center, just a block from the waterfront. Initially, the company says, the expansion will create four new jobs.
