Pelican Brewing’s Cascadian Dark Ale is a light mix of roastiness and dark earthy hoppiness. The beer’s bitterness won’t get lost amongst the liberally seasoned pastrami, slightly spicy sauerkraut, and rye, while the roastiness pairs with the smoky cheese.
