So unless you already know how to dance atop a stack of chairs or juggle jars, desks, ladders, and bamboo with your feet, you’ll want to check out The Peking Acrobats in the Pantages Theater at 3 p.m. Unless you’re completely dead on the inside, there should still be a bit of childlike wonderment that comes from seeing someone do something remarkable. PREFUNK: In honor of all the twisting the Peking Acrobats will do this afternoon why not prefunk with Sierra Nevada’s twist on its Pale Ale — Sidecar Orange Pale Ale. The Chico, California brewery cranked the citrus to an 11. This beer opens with the sweet aromas of ripened apricot and evolves into honeycomb.
