TUESDAY, FEB. 1 2022: With February Stout Month on the Peaks & Pints Kitchen’s mind, they whipped up a roast beef, beer cheese sauce, horseradish mayo, red onion and crispy onion on sourdough sandwich special to pair with stouts.

PAIRING: Revision Brewing Filbert Fudge

Revision’s 12-percent imperial stout brewed with whole toasted hazelnuts, cacao nibs, and vanilla beans will nestle up to the sandwich like a warm, delicious blanket.

We’re open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, but we hope to return to “before times” hours when we’re able to seat at full capacity.
