Tacoma Sandwich Special of the Day: Deep Cheesy Ham

THURSDA, JAN. 20 2022: The Peaks & Pints Kitchen Tacoma Sandwich Special of the Day: Deep Cheesy Ham is a cheesy ham with Beecher’s Aged White Cheddar and Havarti smothering ham, red onion, tomato, and arugula on sourdough.

PAIRING: Skookum Brewery Deep Cooler Old Ale

Skookum added cherry wood smoke malt then aged in their old ale in whiskey barrels for 10 months for deep notes and aromas of dark fruit, tobacco, oak, and mild smoke — all fixings that work well with ham.

We’re open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, but we hope to return to “before times” hours when we’re able to seat at full capacity.
