WEDNESDAY, MARCH 16 2022: What happens when you pair Peaks & Pints Kitchen Director Robby Peterson’s sandwich special of turkey, bacon, roasted red pepper, raspberry cream cheese, and cucumber on sourdough with Hoof Hearted Brewing’s “That’s What Happens When You Put Ketchup On A Hot Dog”?

Pairing the sandwich with any beer would be like skiing down a mountainside naked smeared with ketchup but this gose-stye ale brewed with raspberry, passionfruit, lime, coriander, and Pinot Noir salt will help cleanse your palate between bites.
